She was predeceased by: her parents, James D. Smith and Roberta Crawford; and her husband Karl W. Hawk, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Karl Hawk (Teresa) of Gainesville, Karen Hawk (Kelly Smith) of Salem, Kathi C. Hawk of Decatur, Georgia and Kyle Hawk (Susan) of Berthoud, Colorado; and her sister Judy Ireton of Dayton, Ohio.. She is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
