It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jimmy Wayne Shockley Sr. (Gainesville, Georgia), who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert "Hub" Shockley and Grace Maddox Shockley; his siblings, Jerry, John and Joyce Shockley Cordell; and his brothers-in-law, Gene Cordell and Tony Norris.
He is survived by: his son Jimmy Wayne, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Connie Shockley of Carnesville; his daughter Patti; his son-in-law Mike Blalock of Cleveland; his son Keith Shockley of Lula; his grandsons, Clayton and Andrew Shockley of Carnesville; his siblings, Jean Shockley Norris and Charles Shockley of Gainesville; his stepgrandson Kyle Dalton of Athens; his stepson-in-law Matt Ralston of Gainesville; and his stepgreat-grandsons, Wyatt and Hawkins Ralston of Gainesville. He is also survived by his friends, "Wayne" to his siblings, nieces, and nephews.
