It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jewerell Randolph Blackwell (Gainesville, Georgia), who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Randolph and Bessie Randolph Payne; and her siblings, Faye Randolph, Nellie Wells, Harold Randolph, Thelma Cantrell (Jean) and Gerald Randolph (Eddie).
She is survived by: her children, Freddie Blackwell (Thalia), Tammy Brown (Wayne), Donna Tarver (Tim), Dexter Blackwell (Ramona), Sonya Humphrey, Kevin Blackwell (Kim) and Rhonda Whelchel (Walter); her brother-in-law Wilburn Cantrell; and her nephew Maurice Cantrell. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
