He is survived by: his mother Debora Ledbetter Suttles; his daughters, Erica Hinds of Lula, Miranda Lawton of Gainesville and Miriam Lawton of Dahlonega; his sister Angie Hinds of Kennesaw; his grandparents, Johnny and Betty Jean Gilbert of Marietta; and his mother-in-law Jean Taylor of Lula.
