He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Jesse Hearin; his wife Malee (Malee) of New Orleans; and his children, Misty Schmitt (David) of Rocky Mount, NC, Courtney Rios (Jorge) of El Paso, TX and Jesse B. Hearin, III (Jay) of Pass Christian, MS. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren, one great grandchild and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
