He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Smith and Martha Jane Smith (Mulkey); and his wife Nancy Lee Smith (Harbin). He is survived by: his children, Lindsay Smith, Haley, Dwayne Lee, Cody and Hana Smith; his grandchildren, Maggie, Hunter, Brigs and Millie; his sister Deborah; his brother-in-law Mallory Smith; and his nephew Devin Porter. He is also survived by his grandchildren grow up and his daughters.
