He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rice; his son Tony; his daughter-in-law Sonia Rice; his granddaughter Caitlin (Richie Fearn); his sister Martha; his brother-in-law Kim Megahee; his nephews, Matt (Elizabeth Simmons), Scott (Ashley Simmons) and Charles (Mallie Scott); his sister-in-law Jean Wade; and his niece Lauren (Chas Brookes).
