He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Kinsey and Annie Lois Kinsey (Scroggs). He is survived by: his wife Joyce L. Kinsey; his children, Jason Allen Kinsey (Jennifer), Todd Robert Kinsey and Lisa Nicole Allison (Rodney); his stepsons, Tim Peck and Tadd Peck; his grandchildren, Jacob and Lily Jewett; his stepsons, Tucker Kinsey, Maddie Kinsey, Bentley McRee Kinsey and Bailey Nicole Allison; and his brother William Kinsey (Eddie).
The family has requested contributions be made to First Baptist Church Ministry of Caring 751 Green Street, Gainesville, GA 30501.
