Though Jeffrey may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jeffrey leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Stokey, and Milton Stokey, Sr.; and his brother Milton F. Stokey, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ann Batson Stokey; his children, Rebecca Puckett (Philip), Jeffrey Stokey (Erin) and Patrick Stokey (Lindsay); his sister Dolores Cornell; and his sister-in-law Patricia Stokey (Patty). He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren.
