Jean Lipsitt Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Lipsitt of Gainesville, Georgia, born in York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 22, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Shapiro Hollander and Samuel Hollander; her husband Robert "Bob" Emerson Lipsitt; her siblings, Sylvia Hollander Rule, Muriel Hollander Furman and Harold Hollander; and her daughter-in-law Jeanne Lipsitt.
She is survived by: her children, Henry Joseph Lipsitt, MD (Ann) of San Antonio, TX, Michael Alan Lipsitt, MD, Nancy Lipsitt Otto and JD (Randy) of Austin, TX.; her grandchildren, Amanda Lipsitt, MD, Adam Lipsitt, MD, Emma Moledeaux, Ginnie Wiggs, Melody Janak and Lori Samocha; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Isabelle, Jack, Ellie and Charlotte; and also Lea Perkins.
