Jean Labarr Schwartz Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2021, Jean Labarr Schwartz of Gainesville, Georgia, born in Buffalo, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Louise; her former husband Robert Ford LaBarr of Buffalo; her siblings, Bill, Karl, Hal Boehmke and Adele Connelly; her grandson Sammy Mitchell; her husband Ed; her children, James LaBarr (Karen), Wendy Mitchell (Ken) and Barbara McKay (Charles); her grandchildren, Anna Mitchell Groves (Michael), Jimmy Mitchell (Allison), Christy LaBarr Harmon (William) and David LaBarr; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte Ann and James Harmon. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews.
The two of them shuttled between Ed's home in Buffalo and hers in Atlanta until last summer when health concerns and COVID restrictions interfered.
