Ivey and Carlton Richard Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Carlton Charles Whitlow; her children, Cindy Lloyd Hart (Jason Hart) and Wesley Wayne Whitlow (Yamile Ali-Darwich); her grandchildren, Ana Kate Lloyd, Murphy Charles Whitlow and Presley Marie Whitlow; her siblings, Rosa Lee Boster, Mary Croy and Benny Cook; and her sister-in-law Susie Cook. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
