Jane Vann Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Vann of Gainesville, Georgia, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Barnett and Mary Lee Barnett; her husband Bob; her son Alan; and her sister Anne Johnson.

She is survived by: her daughter Beth Vann (Roberta Leftwich-Vann); her granddaughters, Laurelin Story (Caleb Story), Heather Vann (Brady Deetz) and Alexandra Vann; and her great grandchild Rowan Story. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

Bob had Alzheimer's disease and Jane was his caregiver for many years.
