She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Vincent Ayers and Willie Mae Garrison Ayers; her husband George Evans of Washington; her son Thomas Douglas Evans; and her siblings, Kathryn and Edward.
She is survived by: her children, Vincent, Martha Slack (Bob) and George (Elizabeth); her daughter-in-law Myra; her niece Janis Courson; her grandchildren, Ben, Andy (Elizabeth), Emily (Chad), Andrew and Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Stella and Caroline. She is also survived by four children.
