He is survived by: his pet Odie; his wife Lisa Hayden of Gainesville; his daughter Jessica; his son-in-law Jeff Vanzura of Blairsville; his son James Thomas Hayben, Jr. of Gainesville; his siblings, June Hayden of New York, Jack Hayden of New York and Jane Martin of Georgia; and his grandsons, Grayson and Dylan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives.
