He is survived by: his parent Lester Chandler Seab Reece; his wife Ann Joan Wheeler Fowler; his children, Dana Fowler Miller and Charlotte Fowler Supe (Michael Supe); his grandchildren, Ansley Elizabeth Supe and Thomas Michael Aucoin; and his siblings, Lou Fowler Robinson of Athens, TN, Polly Fowler Holbrook of Huntsville, TX, Aubrey Reece Fowler of Stone Mountain, GA, Gene Sherril Fowler of Johnson City, TN and Kathryn Fowler Duggan of Long Island, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
