He was predeceased by: his parents, L. C. Collins, Sr. and Vidalia L. Collins; and his siblings, Carrie Mae Jackson, L. C. Collins Jr., Tracy Collins (Slick) and Shaun Collins.
He is survived by: his son Tasha Clark; and his siblings, Deborah E. Collins, Jerry Collins (Anna) of Gainesville and Gregory Collins (Buster) of Gainesville. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces/nephews, great-nieces/great-nephews.
