He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Evans and Daisy Campbell Evans. He is survived by: his wife Vickie J. Evans; his children, Frankie J. Evans, Cleveland, Teresa Evans Rundles, Renee Bennett and Cornelia; his grandchildren, Jamie Ashe, Nicole Rundles, Josh Evans, Brittany Sullens, Cody Sullens, Becky Dover and Ryan Evans; and his sister Mandeline Wehunt of Colfax, LA. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
