He was predeceased by: his grandmother Patricia Escobar. He is survived by: his children, Ja'zion, Ja'kasha, Jaymar, Jaquia, Jamar Jr. (Mister), Nehemiah and Janice (NeNe); his grandson Ja'zion Jr.; his parents, Linda Curry (Ken) and James Butts; and his siblings, Derick, Kenari, Na'Kasha, Jamesha, Ilean and Ti'loane. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
