She was predeceased by: her brother Mac Metts; and her grandson Eric Donald Painter. She is survived by: her husband Don Painter; her children, Donna Shewbert (Tony) and Dale Painter (Lani); her grandchildren, Jake Shewbert and Madison Shewbert; her sisters, Judy Heath of North Augusta and Joanne Spires of North Augusta; and her sister-in-law Shirley Metts of Warrenville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
