He is survived by: his wife Karole Ann Turner; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Kiah Turner; his granddaughters, Lyrical of Atlanta, Georgia. and Jazlyn Turner of Atlanta, Georgia.; his siblings, Asberry, Johnny Turner, Emory Turner, Charles Turner (Clara), Martha Mays of Gainesville, Georgia. and Lisa Mize of Gainesville, Georgia.; and his godson Fred Taylor (Linda) of Kansas City.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wimberly Funeral Home (325 Summit St SE, Gainesville, GA 30501).
