She was predeceased by: her parents, George David and Lillie Mae Pruitt Lay; her husband David W. Couch, Sr.; her daughter Rhonda Beasley; her brothers, Charles, Lawrence, Harold and George Lay; and her siblings-in-law, Lorene Lay, Nell Lay, Laverne Lay and Kenneth Dickenson.
She is survived by: her son David W. Couch, II; her daughter-in-law Julie of Gainesville; her son Danny Joe Couch of Gainesville; her grandchildren, Jared Couch, Cody Couch, Nathan Couch, Robert Holcomb, Dea Gunter, Michelle Doster, Alayna Beasley, Caleb Couch and Blake Couch; her sister Mary Dickenson; and her sister-in-law Jerri Lay. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
