He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Burress Kinney. He is survived by: his children, Hugh D. Kinney Jr. (Jeni) and Stacey Beasley (Greg); his sisters, Marie Stover (Larry) and Carol Cannon; his grandchildren, Matthew Kinney (Hanna), Lauren Kinney, Julie Russell (Jonathan) and Karen Watson (Austin); and his great grandchildren, Nathan Russell and Jason Russell.
