He is survived by: his parent Lucy Kelley; his wife Rugena Hanes Kelley; his son Steve Kelley of Gainesville; his daughter-in-law Donna Kelley of Gainesville; his daughter Lesa Kelley Osborn of Suwanee; his grandchildren, Kenzie Kelley of Gainesville and Alexandra Radford of Braselton; his great grandchild Tristen; his brother Junior Kelley of Cleveland; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Kelley of Cleveland.
