He was predeceased by: his fathers, Hershel Mae Weaver and Mercer Lee O'Rear; his grandparents, Hershel and Celeste Weaver; his aunt Cora C. Weaver (Emma Hendrix); and his uncles, Spurjon Weaver, Grady Weaver, Melvin Weaver and Larry Weaver.
He is survived by: his siblings, Aldria D. Weaver of Greensboro, GA, Melanie A. Parrott Weaver of Greensboro, GA, Dexter J. Weaver of Greensboro, GA, Connie S. Weaver of Gainesville, GA and Russ M. Weaver of Gainesville, GA; his aunt Laura Herring (Bobby); his uncle Ronnie Lee Weaver (Patsy); his niece Mya Parrott; and his nephews, Michael L. Young, Trevor D. Weaver and Marcus Parrott of Gainesville, GA. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
