He is survived by: his wife Lisa Rucker Mize of Gainesville; his children, Herby Floyd Mize, Jr. (Marie), Hervon Mize (Jordan) and Gelisa Faulkner (Warren); his siblings, Marvin Mize, Shawn Mize, Janice Lytle (Elderick) and Marica Mize; his grandchildren, Elijah Mize, Faith Mize, Jayceon Faulkner, Jayda Faulkner, Radre Mize, Aaliyah Mize, Miyah Mize and Safiyah Mize; his aunts, Claudine Randolph and Wynonia Moss; his mother-in-law Willene Summerour; and his siblings-in-law, Timothy Rucker (Sonya), Betty Mize, Regina Summerour, Diane Haynes (Curtis, Sr.), Vickie Smith (Russell), Dorothy Bolden (Kenneth) and Shirley Few. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, special cousins, family and friends.
