She was predeceased by: her daughter Sharon Marie Parks; her parents, James Ray Whitmire and Agnes Lee Whitmire; and her sister Evelyn Whitmire Coleman. She is survived by: her husband Curtis B Parks, Jr.; her children, Benjamin Michael Parks and Angela Parks Cain; her grandchildren, Jennifer Parks Wheeler, Jessica Parks Segars, Ashley Chandler Barnard and Parks Kelly Barnard; her great grandchildren, Alex Thomas (Meghan), Caleb Chiles, Mason Chiles and Madelyn Gracr Hill; and her brother Bobby Whitmire. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
