With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Heather Smith (Gainesville, Georgia), who passed away on September 22, 2018 at the age of 41. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her daughters, Hannah Elizabeth Nix and Sara Grace Smith; her parents, Lynn Elliott and Bill Nix; her grandmother Ann Watson; her niece Alison Dale; and her sister Skylar Blake.
All donations will go to Ryan White Foundation, a charity she loved and adored.
