She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Johnson and Classie Johnson (Rice); her husband William Washington; and her children, Lee Washington, Etrulyia Washington and Christine Washington.
She is survived by: her children, Jesse Johnson (Joann Johnson), Ann Rucker, Kaydell Wallace (James Wallace) and Owen Washington. She is also survived by her 20 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wimberly Funeral Home (325 Summit St SE, Gainesville, GA 30501). A wake will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church (1010 Mill St SE, Gainesville, GA 30501).
