He was predeceased by: his parents, Doc Collins and Mattie Gaddis Collins; and his brother Roy Collins. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Kendall Collins of Gainesville; his son Stan; his daughter-in-law Cindy Collins of Buford; his daughter Gena; his son-in-law Todd Willis of Buford; his sister Inez Barnes of Gainesville; and his grandchildren, Tyler Smallwood, Alyssa Willis, Allison Kretschmar, Ainsley Morgan, Chris Rainwater and Phillip Rainwater.
Due to Covid-19, the family requests that everyone attending the visitation and service wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
