We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Gladys Meeler Stowers of Gainesville, Georgia, born in Homer, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Plummer Meeler and Cleo Bell Chitwood Meeler; her husband Clyde Stowers; her great grandchild Camden Shore; and her brother Ralph Meeler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pat Childers of Gaffney, SC, Linda Moore of Hull, Debra Echols of Colbert, Brenda Hembree of Maysville and Janet Black of Commerce; and her siblings, Fred Meeler, Sammy Meeler of Jefferson, Tommy Meeler of Bakersville, NC and Doris Anglin of Baldwin. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren.
