We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2024, at the age of 72, Geraldine Hunter of Gainesville, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hunter and Lucille Hunter; and her husband Joe Byers. She is survived by: her children, Alan, Cindy Waldrop, Penny Millwood and Christie Caine; her grandchildren, Brittany, Brooke Waldrop, AJ, Juliann and Ivy Caine; her great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Hudson Millwood, Will, Jaysen, Maelynn, Kohen and Emersyn Morgan; and her siblings, Willie Frank Hunter and Betty Mae Adams.
