He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny Allison and Nina Prothro. He is survived by: his wife Janice Allison; his son Trent; his daughter-in-law Taylor Allison; his sister Kamie; his brother-in-law Randy Fogarty; his aunts, Patricia Allison, Sue Cochran, Pam Cantrell and Brenda Pilgrim; and his siblings-in-law, Eugene Miller, Richard Miller, Ed Miller and Teresa Bolin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
