He is survived by: his wife Kathy Orr; his son Bradley; his daughter-in-law Megan Orr; his son Brandon; his daughter-in-law Amber Orr; his grandchildren, Colton, Bryson, Brynlee and Adriana Orr; his brother Wayne; his siblings-in-law, Inez Orr, David and Vicki Stanford; his nephew Michael; his niece Lori Holbrooks; his caregivers, Doris Gunter and Rhonda Morris; and his children, O. Box, Salem Baptist Church, Attn, Bryan and Amy Hogan.
