She was predeceased by: her husband George Truett Forrester, Sr.; her parents, Tattie Mae Adams Ramey and Grover Columbus Ramey; her siblings, Olean (Odell Gaddis), Nettie (Coley Stargel), Nellie (Joseph R. Sosebee), Beulah (Don Hulsey), Grover (Betty Ramey) and Bertha (Allen Satterfield); her son-in-law John William Cameron; and her granddaughter Genna Ruth Cameron.

She is survived by: her children, Ruth Ann Forrester (Henry Liebling) of Buford, GA, Barbara Jean Cameron of Greenville, SC and George Truett Forrester, Jr. of Gainesville, GA; her grandchildren, Ronald Anthony Green of Sugarhill, GA, Darien James Cameron, Joy Peterson of Greenville, SC, Brennan Truett Cameron and Chloe Gurgel of Lake Tahoe, CA; her great grandchildren, Kayla Alexis Bellofato, James Alexander Cameron, Ivory Catalina Cameron and Nathan Carter Cameron; and her close friend Peanut. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
