She is survived by: her children, Cecil David Garrett (Tina) and Annette Lopez (Carlos); her siblings, Cecil Baugh and Nettie Mae Popham; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Paez, Tiffany Garrett, Taylor Souther, David Lopez and Jose Lopez. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren & 2 great great grandchildren.
