He was predeceased by: his stepfather Bobby Benton; his siblings, Clayton Baggett and Julie Allen; and his grandson Brian Starnes, Jr. (Fred). He is survived by: his wife Karen Johnson Skeen Baggett; his stepchildren, Tara Robinson Mayor (Griffin), Everett Skeen (Buck), Joseph Skeen (Joe), Benjerman Skeen (Ben), Stacy Starnes (Brian Sr) and Regi Hunt; his uncle Don Baggett; and his sister Kim Baggett. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
