We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2024, at the age of 83, Frankie Lorraine Wise of Gainesville, Georgia, born in Blairsville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Collins and Nola Self Collins; her husband Vern Wise; her daughter Sandra Hankins; her siblings, Royce Collins, Edward Collins, Francis Collins, Leona Tanner and Mae Masterson; and her great grandchild Ivan Wytiaz.
She is survived by: her daughter Wanda; her son-in-law Don Graessle of Lexington, KY; her children, Sarah Hoopaugh of Lula and James Hoopaugh of Jefferson; her sister Hazel Daniel of Gainesville; her grandchildren, Bryan Wytiaz, Craig, Russell Cantrell, Andrew Payne and Daneka Hoopaugh; and her pet Rambo. She is also survived by other loving relatives; her best friend.
