She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Freeman and Dorothy Ellis Freeman; her former husband Pat Hulsey; her stepgrandson Nathaniel Phillips; and her siblings, Clarence Freeman, Aileen Freeman West, Raymond (Louise Freeman Garrison), Jewell (Annie Mae Freeman Nix) and Crawford (Shirley Gibson Freeman).
She is survived by: her husband Paul Winkles; her children, Laura Hulsey Phillips (Wade) and Cale Hulsey (Sandi); her stepsons, Michael Winkles and Timmy Winkles (Gina); her grandchildren, Tyler Hulsey (Madison), Neil Holtzclaw (Avonlea), Brooke Webb (Dalton), Beth Hulsey (Jose), Cristy Phillips, Brittany Hunt (Ryan) and Makayla Winkles; her great grandchildren, Lillie Grace, Sawyer, Colton, Madeline Kate, Grace, Kyler, Kyzer, Kaston, Makenzie and Braylin; and her siblings-in-law, James, Jean Hulsey Braselton, Joe, Rose Hulsey and Ann Hulsey Jackson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family & friends.
