He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Corine Blackwell Smith; his daughters, Emma Jean Rowe and Renotia Hicks; his wife Mrs Ora Dean Rowe; his children, Tracy Rowe of Gainesville and Alisa Gainesville (Robert Burton); his siblings, Robert Rowe of Florida, Four and Martha Hayes (Rufus) of Winder; his close friends, Pauline Gilleland and Teresa Hicks; and his grandchildren, Ramone, Quaylon, Damorie, Christine, Travoris and Chinyere. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
