She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Cagle and Annie Mae Parker Cagle; her husband William Elmer "Bill" Wiley; her sons, Melvin Dwayne Wiley and Charles Junior Rich; and her brothers, Carlton, Garnett, Bealer, Hershel and Dennis.

She is survived by: her children, William Kelly Wiley, Harold Wiley, Barbara Bridges (Melvin), Carolyn Miller, JoAnn Stanley and Jean Gilmer (Garry); and her sister Elizabeth Walden. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25, great grandchildren & 7 great great grandchildren.

Masks are being encouraged to be worn due to the rise in the covid 19 numbers for everyone's safety.
