She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank C. Winter and Sara Ida McClure Winter; her former husband S. W. Plauché, Jr.; her son S. W. Plauché, III; and her siblings, Frank C. Winter, Jr., Ida Winter Clarke of Lake Charles and John C. Winter of Murray, Kentucky..

She is survived by: her husband Samuel Wilmore Plauché, Jr.. She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews.
