He was predeceased by: his wife Annie Cassady; and his parents, Edward A. and Gladys Cassady, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Diann Parks of Lawrenceville; and his children-in-law, Jay Parks of Lawrenceville, Dwain, Beth Cassady of Gainesville, Darryl and Quana Cassady of Grayson.
