He is survived by: his wife Helen Harper Kinsey; his daughter Becky; his son-in-law Doug Gay; his son David; his daughter-in-law Shirrie Kinsey; his grandchildren, Blake Jarrett of Gainesville and Brittany Dibble (Tyler) of Gainesville; his great grandchildren, Ella Dibble, Emmy Dibble and Ealyn Dibble; his brother Phillip Kinsey (Clermont); and his brother-in-law Horace Harper, Jr..
