She is survived by: her husband Keith Akins of Gainesville; her daughters, Jessica Manley (John) of Dawsonville and Crissy Thompson of Gainesville; her mother Pauline Martin; her stepfather Larry Martin of Jasper; her grandchildren, Aurora Cross, Emma Thompson, Eli Thompson, Charleston Manley and Chase Manley; and her sister Vicky Sams (Dave) of Canton. She is also survived by several cousins and other relatives.
