He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil E. Vice Sr. and Glerah B. Vice; his daughter Kimberly Ann Vice; and his brother Cecil E. Vice Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Pam Hutchison (Gary); his granddaughter Anna Hutchison Bothwell (Zach); his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Mikel, Hendrix and Gianna; his brother Jim Vice (Pat); his family, Kay Abernathy, Kenny Abernathy, Zach Abernathy (Cydney) and Alex Abernathy Smith (Chad); and also, Grayson, Colton, Leighton, Bentley, Kyree, Adelyn, Hayden and Baby Smith. He is also survived by sons, and several nieces and nephews.
