She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold P. Cook and Freddy Thompson Cook; her former husband John D. Quinn; and her husband Guy Gene Marlow. She is survived by: her children, Jonathon Cary Quinn (Sheila C. Gardner), Christopher K. (Melanie Diane Quinn) and Carol Q Lowman of Gainesville; her grandchildren, Tripp Lowman (Tara Hall), Jacob C. Quinn, Elizabeth Hamil Lowman, Margaret Ensley Lowman, Jaycee A. Quinn and Isabella Diane Quinn; and her great grandchildren, Lael Avery Lowman and Shawn Duane Steverson.

For those who will be attending the Celebration and Visitation the family requests that you please wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church, 404 Washington Street NW, Gainesville, GA 30501.
