She was predeceased by: her father Harold Sullins. She is survived by: her mother Mary Lee Davis Sullins; her sister Terenca; her nieces, Nina Mathis and Ava Mathis; and her nephew Ethan Elliott. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Due to Covid-19, the family requests that everyone attending the visitation and service wear a mask.
