He is survived by: his brother Daniel Webb; and his children, Pam Thomas, Lisa Mitchell, Kathy Pendley, Amanda Savage, Misty Trosclair, Matthew Webb and Jonathan Webb. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 adopted grandchild, and 10 great-grandchildren.
