He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Will J., Blanche Lewallen, Rev. A. R. and Idelle Fowler. He is survived by: his parents, David Lewallen and Shelby Fowler Lewallen of Gainesville; his sister Tonya; his brother-in-law Ivan Mote of Lula; and his nephews, Jasper Mote of Lula and Connor Mote of Lula. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other loving relatives.
